The 1kV–35kV oil-immersed transformer is a highly reliable, energy-efficient medium-voltage power distribution solution, designed to deliver stable voltage conversion and long-term dependable operation across industrial, commercial and utility scenarios. Built in strict compliance with IEC 60076 and GB 1094 standards, it serves as core equipment for stepping down medium voltages (6kV, 10kV, 20kV, 35kV) to low-voltage outputs such as 400V/230V, matching the power demand of end-user loads.
At its core, the transformer adopts a high-quality laminated silicon steel core and precision-wound copper or aluminum windings, all fully immersed in premium dielectric mineral oil inside a hermetically sealed steel tank. The transformer oil performs dual functions: it acts as a robust insulating medium with high dielectric strength, and circulates naturally through corrugated side radiators to dissipate heat generated by core and winding losses (ONAN cooling mode), keeping hot-spot temperatures within safe limits even under continuous full-load operation. For heavier overload requirements, optional ONAF forced-air cooling is available to further enhance thermal performance.
